BAZTechKnow is owned and operated by BAZTechKnow, led by Bashir Ahmed Zeeshan ("Creator"). This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions for your use of the Platform, including any content, courses, sessions, doubt clearing sessions, Teaching Assistance Session, LMS and services offered on or through the Platform.

By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use BAZTechKnow if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

By accessing or using the Platform, you (the "Learner," "You," or "Your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the "Agreement"), including the Privacy Policy and any other terms and conditions published on the Platform or communicated to you from time to time (collectively, the "Terms").

If you disagree with any part of the Agreement, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To access the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Platform.

Content: This refers to any course, session (pre-recorded or live), reference material, or text file published by BAZTechKnow on the Platform.

Supported Devices: You will need a compatible device (computer, phone, etc.) that meets the system requirements to access the Platform. These requirements may change.

5. License to Use

BAZTechKnow grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to access and view the Content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may download one copy of downloadable Content for temporary viewing only.

Restrictions:

• You may not modify, copy, or distribute the Content.

• You may not create derivative works or exploit the Content commercially.

• You may not publicly display the Content for commercial purposes.

• You may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the Platform software.

• You may not remove copyright or other proprietary notices from the Content.

• You may not transfer the Content to another person.

6. Communications

The Platform includes Public Forums for communication with BAZTechKnow and other Learners. Participation is optional. You agree to adhere to the Code of Conduct (Section 7) when using the Public Forums. BAZTechKnow may terminate your access to the Public Forums for violating the Agreement.

7. Code of Conduct

You agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Activities:

• Uploading harmful, dangerous, hateful, defamatory, violent, or graphic content.

• Harassing, bullying, or spamming other users.

• Impersonating another person.

• Unauthorized access or disabling of the Platform.

• BAZTechKnow reserves the right to remove violating content and terminate access for violations.

8. Intellectual Property

BAZTechKnow owns all information and materials on the Platform, including the Content ("Creator's Intellectual Property"). You may not modify or distribute Creator's Intellectual Property.

9. Feedback

If you submit feedback or suggestions about the Platform or Content, you grant BAZTechKnow a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use such feedback.

10. Payments and Refunds

You may need to pay a fee ("Content Fee") to access certain Content. Refer to the Platform for pricing information. Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. Your payments may be subject to applicable taxes.

11. Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. BAZTechKnow DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

12. Limitation of Liability

BAZTechKnow will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the Platform or Content.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BAZTechKnow from any claims or damages arising out of your breach of the Agreement.

14. Links to Third-Party Websites

BAZTechKnow is not responsible for the content of any linked websites.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of BAZ

You hereby grant BAZTechKnow a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats, or media.

Hyperlinking to our Content:

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

• Government agencies;

• Search engines;

• News organizations;

• Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses; and

• System-wide Accredited Businesses except soliciting non-profit organizations, charity shopping malls, and charity fundraising groups which may not hyperlink to our Web site.

These organizations may link to our home page, to publications, or to other Website information so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval of the linking party and its products and/or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking party's site.
